We’ll create a fun, informative Welcome Book which will provide guests with all necessary information upon check in.
To maximize reach, your home will be advertised across all Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) such as AirBnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and even our direct booking site.
We will dispatch and manage the scheduling of any necessary vendors, including cleaners, landscapers, snow removal, general maintenance, and more.
Each month, you’ll receive a report containing all of the reservations that occurred during that month, the associated revenue, any relevant costs, and your total monthly payout.

Answers to your management questions
We charge a 25% fee on each booking. This is only charged after guests check in, and pays for everything we provide. That way, we only make money when you do and you’ll never be surprised with hidden fees.
Our professional photographers and marketing experts know how to help your home shine. Not only do we promote your property to eager travelers on our website, but we also make your home highly visible on search engines and to our database of ready-to-book guests.
We have direct partnerships with every major booking site and list your property on each of them at no added cost to you (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, etc). We even promote your rental where owners can’t self-list, like Google Vacation Rentals and Expedia.
Industry trends shift on a seasonal, daily, and even hourly basis. To help your business succeed in this constantly-changing environment, TVP’s team analyzes and adjusts your rates daily to keep you competitive in any economic climate. This process is performed largely through a Revenue Management platform called PriceLabs.
Our holistic approach to revenue optimization takes the Tahoe area’s supply, demand, and seasonality trends into account along with your home’s amenities, availability, and nearby competitors. We use all that information to create a custom strategy around rates, policies, and promotion for your property.

Once they check-out, we follow up with review reminders to help build your online reputation.
