Since this is a shared apartment complex with other tenants, there may be occasional noise from neighboring apartments. During your stay, you’ll have access to the entire two floor apartment. There is a reserved space for you to park and also tons of free street parking. The apartment is in a 4-plex that sits back from the street, so it has a sense of privacy and seclusion. It’s a very short walking distance to Midtown Reno and only a short drive or Uber/taxi ride to downtown. We are also about 45 minutes away from all of the great attractions that Lake Tahoe and the Sierra Mountains have to offer. The apartment will be yours to use privately, but our team is based in Reno so if there is anything at all that you need during your stay, we’re just a phone call or a message away! MidTown District is Reno’s most lively, unique district in Northern Nevada. You’ll be within walking distance to many of the attractions that Reno has to offer, with everything else just a short drive away. Overall, the street where the townhome is located is very quiet and peaceful, with limited foot traffic. It is also relatively safe with a school and parks nearby. The neighborhood is a mix of newer homes and more historic Reno homes. Midtown has something for everyone—visitors, locals, residents alike-ranging from interests, socio-economic background, cultures, and tastes. The area is also very Uber/Lyft friendly, and also close walking distance to many popular shops and restaurants. Midtown is pedestrian-friendly, with clearly demarcated crosswalks and expanded sidewalks that make it easy for explorers to visit area vendors with ease. It also has several RTC access points, bike lanes and ADA accessibility, allowing explorers to get around the district quickly, easily and inexpensively. With an abundance of art work, creative spaces, vendors, historical buildings, and venues, we encourage you to explore—you never know what once-hidden gems await you.
