During your stay, you’ll have access to the entire two-floor apartment. There is a reserved space for you to park and also tons of free street parking. The apartment is in a 4-plex that sits back from the street, so it has a sense of privacy and seclusion. It’s a very short walking distance to Midtown Reno and only a short drive or Uber/taxi ride to downtown. We are also about 45 minutes away from all of the great attractions that Lake Tahoe and the Sierra Mountains have to offer.

– Quiet hours are from 10pm – 9am each day.
– NO PARTIES OR EVENTS (this is a quiet, shared neighborhood and there will an $1000 fine for any reported parties or noise complaints)
– Loud, rude, obnoxious, disrespectful, or disorderly behavior is not allowed at any time. We will give one courtesy warning for any such behavior. If such behavior continues, you and your party can be evicted without refund.
– Normal cleaning fees are included in all rental rates, however additional billing will occur for any excessive/abnormal cleaning, damages, or missing items.
– Please make sure to fully turn off the BBQ and fire pit after use
– Jacuzzi/Hot Tub and the Bunk Beds are both used at your own risk and we won’t be held liable for any accidents
– Please do not use the white towels on the floor, on kitchen surfaces, or for cleaning make up—there are kitchen/make up towels and paper towels provided
– Please do not have packages or mail delivered to the home
– Please make sure doors and windows are closed & locked when leaving the unit.
– Linens, blankets, and towels are not to be removed from the home. Please do not take these items to parks or outdoor venues.
– Check Out is at 11:00am Pacific Time
