Our home is perched on a hill overlooking the Sierra Nevada mountains and Downtown Reno. The home backs up to open space, providing a feeling of seclusion, with sounds of frogs and crickets in the evenings. You’ll be located about as close as it gets to San Rafael Park, where the city holds countless events and festivals.
Our front door is just 50 feet from a wonderful trailhead, where you can access Evans Creek which connect to miles of hiking and mountain biking trails, perfect for morning walks or evening runs. With UNR/Downtown Reno only 5 minutes away, and Truckee/Lake Tahoe 30-40 minutes away, this is a prime location to enjoy all that Reno has to offer.
Completely renovated floor to ceiling, our home is ready to host your next group getaway. Our upstairs living room includes an oversized sectional sofa to lounge and watch TV (Hulu, Netflix, and HBO provided) or enjoy the views.
Upstairs you’ll find three bedrooms, all immaculately clean and stocked with fresh linens. The Master has outstanding views and offers an ensuite bathroom, King bed, and dedicated work space. The other two bedrooms share the hallway bathroom, one with a King bed, and the other with two Full over Full bunk beds.
Downstairs is our mother in law suite, complete with Kitchenette, second Living Room, Full bathroom, and 4th bedroom. The split level set up is perfect for separate families traveling together or multi-generational living. The hot tub can be accessed directly from the downstairs suite as well.
Enjoy board games or foosball downstairs, with a second Roku Smart TV for streaming.
Lastly, our garage includes a Ping Pong table and has plenty of room to park your cars.
During your stay, you’ll have access to the entire house, garage, patio, and backyard.
Our home is yours to use during your stay and you will not be disturbed, but our local team in Reno is just a phone call or message away if you ever need anything or have questions!

This is a quiet and safe neighborhood with friendly and respectful neighbors, and we ask that you also respect our neighbors by keeping the noise levels down at night. This is NOT a party house, and our maximum occupancy is 14 guests.
The area is very Uber/Lyft friendly if you need to call transportation. We’re extremely close to many popular attractions in the area as well:

There is plenty of free parking on the street in front of the apartment. The area is also very Uber/Lyft friendly, and also close walking distance to many popular shops and restaurants.

– Small dogs and cats are allowed. All dogs must be kept on a leash throughout the neighborhood.
– Quiet hours are from 10pm – 9am each day.
– NO PARTIES OR EVENTS (this is a quiet, shared neighborhood and there will an $1000 fine for any reported parties or noise complaints)
– Loud, rude, obnoxious, disrespectful, or disorderly behavior is not allowed at any time. We will give one courtesy warning for any such behavior. If such behavior continues, you and your party can be evicted without refund.
– Normal cleaning fees are included in all rental rates, however additional billing will occur for any excessive/abnormal cleaning, damages, or missing items.
– Please make sure to fully turn off the BBQ and fire pit after use
– Jacuzzi/Hot Tub and the Bunk Beds are both used at your own risk and we won’t be held liable for any accidents
– Please do not use the white towels on the floor, on kitchen surfaces, or for cleaning make up—there are kitchen/make up towels and paper towels provided
– Please do not have packages or mail delivered to the home
– Please make sure doors and windows are closed & locked when leaving the unit.
– Linens, blankets, and towels are not to be removed from the home. Please do not take these items to parks or outdoor venues.
– Check Out is at 11:00am Pacific Time
