Built in 2024, our home offers stylish finishes and contemporary amenities. Enjoy evenings spent watching movies or lounging in our spacious downstairs living room, complete with streaming services like Hulu and HBO, and a half-bath for added convenience.

Utilize our modern kitchen, full stocked with all of the cooking essentials plus coffee & tea, to cook up delicious meals each evening. Step outside onto the back patio to enjoy some fresh air or soak in the bubbling hot tub.

Upstairs you’ll find 4 roomy bedrooms, each complete with curtains and sparkling clean linens. The main bedroom includes a King bed, with the remaining 3 bedrooms offering Queen beds. Our laundry room, including washer and dryer, is also conveniently located on the second floor for easy access. We have an air mattress in the master closet as well for some extra sleeping room.

You’ll also enjoy convenient parking for up to 4 cars, with a 2 car garage and a spacious driveway.

During your stay, you’ll have access to the entire house, garage, and back yard patio.

Our home is yours to use during your stay and you will not be disturbed, but our local team in Reno is just a phone call or message away if you ever need anything or have questions! Our home is located in one of the safest and most desirable areas of North Reno with a suburban feel, yet close to downtown. Blessed with hills, wetlands, and mountains all jam packed next to each other we have some of the best trails and hikes in Reno just outside our front door, ranging from a good place to take the family and stroller to hikes for more seasoned travelers. Just forty five minutes away is Lake Tahoe—home to world class skiing and boarding. Enjoy winter at premier resorts: Squaw Valley USA/Alpine Meadows, Heavenly Ski Resort, Northstar and Mt. Rose. You’ll also be close by grocery stores, restaurants, and other convenient amenities. You can park your cars in our 2 car garage, or in the driveway. Our home is an easy 7 mile drive from the airport and 40 miles from Lake Tahoe. The area is Uber/Lyft friendly for easy transportation. RV or Trailer parking is not allowed. Additional rules:

– Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere on the premises.
– Quiet hours are from 10pm – 9am each day.
– NO PARTIES OR EVENTS (this is a quiet, shared neighborhood and there will an $1000 fine for any reported parties or noise complaints)
– Loud, rude, obnoxious, disrespectful, or disorderly behavior is not allowed at any time. We will give one courtesy warning for any such behavior. If such behavior continues, you and your party can be evicted without refund.
– Normal cleaning fees are included in all rental rates, however additional billing will occur for any excessive/abnormal cleaning, damages, or missing items.
– Please do not use the white towels on the floor, on kitchen surfaces, or for cleaning make up—there are kitchen/make up towels and paper towels provided
– Please make sure doors and windows are closed & locked when leaving the home.
– NO RV or Trailer Parking allowed
– Hot Tub is used at your own risk
– Please do not leave any trash cans or trash in the front yard or driveway
– Linens, blankets, and towels are not to be removed from the home. Please do not take these items to parks or outdoor venues.
– Check Out is at 11:00am Pacific Time

Quiet night, and a very comfortable two bedroom, two-story townhouse The property was very elegantly decorated with a modern theme. The kitchen was nicely appointed, the beds were very comfortable, and it was nice and quiet. We slept well. There was even a tiny backyard for our dog to go to the bathroom.
