During your stay, you’ll have access to the entire house, patio, and backyard. The garage will not be available for guest use, but there is plenty of room for parking in the driveway.
Our home is yours to use during your stay and you will not be disturbed, but our local team in Reno is just a phone call or message away if you ever need anything or have questions!
Located between Caughlin Ranch and Mayberry-Highland Park, our home is nestled in one of the most prestigious and sought-after neighborhoods of Reno. Sitting on just over an acre, our home feels very quiet and private, while still located just 10-15 minutes to most shops, restaurants, and other attractions around Reno.
You can park your cars in our large driveway, with parking for up to 6 vehicles Our home is an easy 11 mile drive from the airport and 38 miles from Lake Tahoe. The area is Uber/Lyft friendly for easy transportation.

Our pool is closed seasonally from November 1st to April 1st to prevent pipe freezing. Depending on the weather, we may need to close it earlier or keep it closed longer. We’ll keep our guests informed about any changes. The hot tub and all other amenities are available year-round. The pizza oven in the backyard is currently broken and awaiting repair—please do not attempt to use it.

– Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere on the premises.
– Quiet hours are from 10pm – 8am each day.
– NO PARTIES OR EVENTS (this is a quiet, shared neighborhood and there will an $1000 fine for any reported parties or noise complaints)
– Loud, rude, obnoxious, disrespectful, or disorderly behavior is not allowed at any time. We will give one courtesy warning for any such behavior. If such behavior continues, you and your party can be evicted without refund.
– Normal cleaning fees are included in all rental rates, however additional billing will occur for any excessive/abnormal cleaning, damages, or missing items.
– Please make sure to fully turn off the BBQ after use
– Maximum 6 Vehicles allowed to park in driveway
– The garage is currently off limits for guest use
– The pizza oven in the backyard is currently broken and awaiting repair—please do not attempt to use it
– Please do not use the white towels on the floor, on kitchen surfaces, or for cleaning make up—there are kitchen/make up towels and paper towels provided
– Please make sure doors and windows are closed & locked when leaving the unit.
– Linens, blankets, and towels are not to be removed from the home. Please do not take these items to parks or outdoor venues.
